LuhTech is run by people who build, not by people who allocate capital and wait. That shows up in how the studio operates: small teams, real jobsites, code that ships instead of decks that circulate.

We work close to construction because that's where the problems are concrete -- a coordination gap costs a real day on a real schedule, and a fix has to survive contact with a real crew, not just a demo.
